Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to be returned, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, i.e. it must not have been worn or used, it must be labeled and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that if your country of residence is not France, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



EXCHANGES

You may also exchange a product provided that the value of the chosen "replacement" product is greater than or equal to the value of the product originally purchased. In the event that you choose a product of greater value than the exchanged product, you will have to make up the difference.



3-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



REFUNDS

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
